We reserve the right to turn people away at the beginning of a walk or event if the individual is not correctly equipped. By joining one of our walks or events you are agreeing to these terms and conditions . If an individual is aggressive towards anyone in the group or a walk leader they will be asked to leave. Be aware that we will be taking photos and videos during our walks and events. If for any reason you don't want to have your photo taken you must inform the Company and the walk leader. We do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items. If a payment is made for a walk or event and it does not go ahead a full refund will be given or an alternative date will be offered. Our Cancellation policy is you can cancel 48 Hours prior to an Event unless stated otherwise and you will Receive a full refund. Dogs are welcome but it's the responsibility of the owner to keep them under control. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer who will take responsibility for them 

Health and Safety Policy  

The purpose of this policy is to protect the health and welfare of individuals who attend the Group walks and events provided by Trail Walker Ltd.

Please make sure you disclose any medical conditions that may affect you while on one of our walks or events. All walks will be pre planned and the routes will have been walked by one of the walk leaders or known to them beforehand. All walk leaders are either competent walkers with experience or qualified low or Hill land leaders or Mountain Leaders and will all carry First Aid kits and will know what to to do in the event of an emergency. Please make sure you read about the walk beforehand and make sure you know your limitations as we have to take your word for it. If you are not sure on the difficulty of a walk please get in contact with the company and all will be explained. all accidents will be logged and recorded and the company is fully insured
